1. About these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and Luminary. By creating an account or submitting a request you accept them. If you are booking for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. What Luminary does

Luminary is a concierge access desk. You tell us which public figure you would like to book and the details of your event or video message; our team identifies their official agent, manager or booking desk and emails those details to you so you can proceed directly. No payment is taken on Luminary.

We are an intermediary, not the talent. Naming a public figure on this site does not mean they are represented by us, endorse us, or have agreed to any booking. Submitting a request is free and never a guarantee of availability.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, verify your email address, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, harassment, impersonation or unlawful purposes.

4. Requests and no payment

• Requests are always free and are reviewed by our team.
• Where we can identify a route in, we email you the talent's official agent, manager or booking desk together with guidance on making the approach.
• No money changes hands on Luminary. We do not take payments, hold funds, issue invoices for talent fees or act as a payment processor.
• Any price ranges we show are indicative, fame-based guidance only. Actual fees, terms and contracts are agreed directly between you and the talent's representation.
• We cannot guarantee a response from any representative, availability, or that a booking will be agreed.

5. Cancellations and non-delivery

Because we take no payment, there is nothing to refund for a request. Cancellations, deposits, holds and refunds for an actual engagement are governed solely by the agreement you reach with the talent's representation. If we cannot find a route to a figure, we will tell you and, where possible, suggest alternatives.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details, meet any venue, security, travel or hospitality requirements agreed with the talent's representation, and respect their rider and reasonable requests. Recording, broadcasting or commercial use of an appearance or video requires written permission set out in the booking.

7. Memberships and promotions

Where memberships, fan codes or promotional giveaways are offered, the benefits, eligibility rules and official rules published with them apply. Promotions may be amended or withdrawn where required by law or where circumstances make them unworkable.

8. Intellectual property

The Luminary name, site content and design are ours or our licensors'. Talent names and images are used for identification purposes and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or resell our content or bookings without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luminary is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, ticket sales or event costs. Our total liability relating to a booking is limited to the service fee you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use means acceptance. Questions can be sent to our concierge team.
